  • You won’t have to juggle multiple support issues and contacts.

Remote System Monitoring and Updates

  • Server and service monitoring – We will monitor critical systems and get alerts of any issues.  We can fix most issues before you or your customers ever notice.
  • Network Monitoring – We monitor network health keeping your network safe as well as fixing issues before they become potential problems.

Onsite technical support available in most major cities

  • We work with technology partners to provide on-site support for most IT related issues while still giving you a simple point of contact for all IT related issues.
  • You can use on-site support on an as-needed basis or have it included with our Gold level of support.

Multi-service levels of support

  • Bronze –  Remote computer and phone support M-F 9-5PM. On-site or Emergency tech support provided at additional cost.
  • Silver – Bronze support with added weekend and after hours support.
  • Gold – Bronze and Silver level support with added on-site visits included.  This will also include scheduled maintenance visit.

Training

  • We offer on-site training in multiple technologies and can create custom materials based on your needs.
